CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BARS 
1 1/2 c. rolled oats (quick or old fashioned)
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix until crumbly. Press 2-2 1/2 cups in ungreased 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Spread jam over baked crust. Sprinkle chips over jam. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool. Chill 1-2 hours. Cut. Store in refrigerator. Note: May substitute strawberry or apricot jam.
