GARDEN VEGETABLE MIX 
Weight Watchers chicken broth
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Onio ns
Celery
Bell peppers
Any other vegetables you want to add

In skillet or wok heat 1 to 2 teaspoons oil, add onions, zucchini, peppers and celery. Cook to desired doneness. Add broth, tomatoes and mushrooms. Can add basil to flavor.
