1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. American cheese, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
