SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
FILLING:

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes or yams
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

CRUST:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 stick butter, melted

Blend filling ingredients with mixer. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients until moist (not runny). Sprinkle evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 30 minutes.
