CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 bags cranberries
2 navel oranges, seedless
2 red Delicious apples
Seedless grapes, preferably red
Walnuts
2 cans pineapple tidbits
2 cans mandarin oranges
1/2 - 1 c. sugar

Grind cranberries coarsely. Add oranges to grind. Cut grapes in half. Core apples; cut in chunks (do not peel apples). Drain juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix together. Add 1/2 cup to 1 cup sugar for taste. Refrigerate at least one day before serving.
