CRAB QUESADILLAS 
10.5 oz. Spreadery Cheese Snack - Ranch or Herb
8 oz. imitation crab chunks, chopped
4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. chopped pitted ripe olives
12 (7 inch) floured tortillas
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Guacamole, salsa & sour cream (opt.)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended. Divide mixture between 6 tortillas, spread mixture within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with other tortillas. Place them on cookie sheets. Brush with butter. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute. Cut into quarters. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
