FRUIT SALAD 
2 Granny Smith apples, cut fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
7 oz. pineapple chunks in juice, drained well

DRESSING:

1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 pkgs. Equal sugar substitute or 2 tsp. sugar

Combine first five ingredients in a salad bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over fruits. Toss and refrigerate or serve. This keeps well for 2 days.
