ELEGANT SPINACH 
2 pkg. frozen cooked spinach, cooked and drained
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated), quartered

Mix butter and cream cheese until blended. (It will melt as you stir in hot spinach.) Next, add the mushrooms and artichokes. Season to taste. Salt and pepper. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly.

This can be made ahead and heated when ready to serve. This can also be doubled.
