WILD RICE SIDE DISH 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. uncooked wild rice
3 c. chicken broth

Melt butter and saute vegetables 6 minutes. Add rice and broth. Put into a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
