HOT DOG SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. onions
1 can tomato puree (lg.)
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. celery seeds

Brown beef in fat. Grind or chop onions fine. Add to beef. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 2 hours on low heat. Salt to taste.
