CRAB QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 lb. crabmeat
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inch)

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, and cheese. Spoon into the pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
