STRAWBERRY DIVINITY 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. water
2 egg whites
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. chopped walnuts

Butter lightly 9 inch square pan. Combine sugar, syrup, and water in 3 quart saucepan. Cook to 252 degrees - hard boil stage. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Beat in gelatin. Add syrup, beating constantly. Add nuts; pour into pan. Cool until firm. Makes 2 pounds.
