LOBSTER TAIL 
1 lg. lobster tail (frozen) tail only
1/4 c. white table wine
1 tsp. butter
Old Bay (sprinkle)

Thaw lobster, cut shell and pull out about 1/4 inch of the meat. Lay on top. Season with wine, butter, and Old Bay. Put under broiler for 12 to 20 minutes. Careful not to broil too long.
