CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 pkg. Mexican style corn bread mix
1 egg
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Saute 1 stick of butter with chopped onion and bell pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Place in 9x13 inch baking dish and bake at 325-350 degrees until done. The top will be lightly brown.
