FRENCH BREAD SPREAD 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix together and spread thickly over both sides of bread. Wrap in foil boat. (Top uncovered,), sprinkle top with chopped parsley and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or broil for 3 to 4 minutes. 1 loaf.
