APPLE CRISP 
10-12 apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt

Peel, core and slice apples. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Mix sugar and cinnamon with apples. Put mixture in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and melted butter. Spread over apples.

Bake 45 minutes at 375°F. Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
