1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. Kraft 16-slice deluxe American cheese (not individually wrapped)
1 pkg. corn Doritos or Fritos

In medium saucepan pour in tomatoes with juice. Chop tomatoes and add cheese. Simmer on low heat until cheese melts. Serve with chips.
