POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 med. spuds

Boiled or baked with jackets on. Until fork tender. Cool. Peel, then shred into large bowl. Combine the following ingredients with shredded potatoes:

1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 bunch green onion, diced (tops included)
1 c. Cheddar cheese (sharp or med.)

Mix well, place in baking dish, top with 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Place in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
