1 Ritz pie crust
1 pkg. chopped spinach
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter, sauteed
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream
Swiss cheese

Mix spinach, onion, eggs, and cream.

Pour into pie crust. Add Swiss cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
