FOOL'S CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
8 slices bacon
1/4 lb. chipped beef, dried
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint dairy sour cream

Tear beef in bits and scatter in bottom of casserole. Roll and wrap slices of bacon around chicken. Use toothpicks to hold together. Place on chipped beef. Cover with soup and sour cream mixed together. Bake uncovered in 300°F oven for 3 hours.

A girl I worked with gave me this recipe about 35 years ago. I have made it numerous times and usually leave off the bacon. It is rich and delicious and definitely company worthy. Nice with plain white rice. I love this dish so much. Easy as can be too!
