GARTH'S CURRIED HAM IN PASTRY
SHELLS
 
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. curry powder (or more)
2 c. cubed cooked ham

In medium saucepan, cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir until heated through. Serve in hot pastry shells or popovers split lengthwise. Fills 6 pastry shells.
