HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger, browned
1 c. onions
1 c. carrots
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
1 c. rice
1 can peas, drained
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Layer vegetables in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add rice then hamburger. Mix soup and milk together then pour over hamburger. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
