VEAL CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. cubed veal
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1-2 cans sliced mushrooms
1/2 soup can water
1/2 soup can sherry

Saute cubed veal until lightly browned. Place in casserole dish. Mix soup, water and sherry. Stir in canned mushrooms with liquid. Heat thoroughly. Pour over veal. Cover casserole. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Serve over noodles.
