1 (8 inch) flower pot
1 1/4 lbs. Oreo cookies, ground in blender
2 (4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 bag gummi worms

Combine cream cheese, butter, sugar and Cool Whip. Blend until well mixed. Mix milk, pudding and vanilla together until thick. Combine cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture.

Line flower pot with aluminum foil. Place 1/2 cup of crushed cookies on bottom then put pudding mixture in and then another layer of cookies and another layer of pudding mixture ending with cookies on top. Garnish with gummi worms.
