HERBED FISH 
1 1/2 lbs. firm fish (haddock, salmon steaks)
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (crumbled)
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. reduced calorie butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
Salt
Pepper

Rinse fish and pat it dry. Rub flour on both sides of the fish. Melt butter in a large pan over a medium flame. Add the fish and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the fish over carefully and cook for 5 more minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well and pour over the fish. Cook about 10-12 minutes or until fish is done. Turn once during cooking time and baste well with pan juice. Serve with rice or vegetables. Serves 4.
