TURKEY SOUP 
Turkey bones & neck
1 onion, diced
Salt
Pepper
1 lg. can tomato juice
Carrots
Celery
Parsley

M ix turkey bones and neck, onion, salt and pepper in pot. Cover with water, 1/2 to 3/4 full. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and take bones out. Clean off meat. Add 1/2 to 3/4 can tomato juice. Add chopped carrots, celery and parsley. Cook until vegetables are done.
