OVEN FRIED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 c. crushed pkg. herb stuffing
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine stuffing crumbs, cheese, parsley, and garlic. Dip chicken in melted butter, and roll in crumb mixture. Place pieces skin side up, so they don't touch in shallow pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Turning is unnecessary.
