1 head of lettuce
1 head of Romaine lettuce
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 red onion
1 sm. jar pimientos
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. olive oil

Chop up lettuce, artichoke hearts, and thinly slice onion. Mix with pimientos. Chill.

DRESSING: Mix vinegar, oil and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Chill. When ready to serve, mix dressing and salad.
