CREOLE NUT PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vinegar

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and continue beating. Combine nuts and raisins with flour; add to creamed mixture with salt, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar. Spoon into unbaked pie shell and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven about 45 minutes. When done, a silver knife inserted in center should come out clean. Cool on rack and serve cool.
