CREAM OF TURKEY SOUP 
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. half & half
3 c. turkey broth
1 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
Salt and pepper

Melt butter. Blend in flour. Cook 2 minutes without browning. Slowly add half & half and 1 cup broth, whisking constantly. Bring to boil and cook few minutes. Add remaining broth, turkey, onion, celery, and wild rice. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings - very rich so they don't need to be big.
