SHRIMP SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni rings, cooked
2 small cans cleaned shrimp, drained
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. cucumbers, sliced and seeds removed
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice (concentrated)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 hard cooked eggs

Cook, drain and cool macaroni rings. Combine shrimp, celery, cucumbers and onion. Add to macaroni. Mix chili sauce, lemon juice and mayonnaise and combine with macaroni mixture.

Use eggs for garnish on top of salad. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate.
