GINNY'S STIR-FRY 
1/2 lb. thinly sliced chicken or beef
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 sm. chopped cabbage
2 chopped bell peppers
4 grated carrots
2 lg. chopped onions
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown beef or chicken in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients and steam until tender, but do not over cook. Serve over rice.
