COCONUT PIE 
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
3 1/2 oz. cans flaked coconut (or 1 -7 oz.)
1/2 c. butter (very soft or melted)
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked 8 inch pie shells (deep dish)

Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
