FRED'S GREAT BIG HAMBURGER | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger Mix to taste with: Pepper Garlic salt Parsley flakes Worcestershire sauce Divide meat in half, flatten bottom half and fill with: Green pepper, finely cut Canned mushrooms Top with: Flatten top with other half of hamburger. Seal edges. Pour barbecue sauce over all and wrap in tin foil. Grill until done. Feeds 6 to 8. |
