GRANDMA JAN'S WILD RICE SOUP | |
1/4 to 1/3 c. wild rice, cooked until fluffy 1/2 lb. diced bacon, fried 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion, sauteed 1 can potato soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. diced Velveeta Heat soups and milk on medium low, on stove top. Add diced Velveeta. Stir continuously until smooth. Add onion, bacon and wild rice. Stir. Serves 4-6. |
