GARLIC CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf French bread
Butter
Garlic salt
1 (8-16 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese

Cut loaf in half lengthwise and then 4 times crosswise. Butter and salt the section of bread. Lay on top of a cookie sheet and sprinkle generously with the Mozzarella until completely covered. Bake for 10 minutes at 350-400 degrees or until cheese is golden brown on top.
