CAREY'S GARLIC CHEESE BREAD 
1 (1 lb.) loaf sourdough bread, unsliced
1 c. freshly grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. fresh chives, minced
1 tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce

Cut loaf in half lengthwise. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spread the cheese mixture over cut side of bread. Slice into 2 inch serving pieces and place on foil or baking sheet. Bakes in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes until bubbly and melted.

Serves 4 to 6.
