TWO - TONE "PHILLY" FUDGE 
2 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
4 1/2 c. 10x sugar
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. crushed peppermint stick candy

CHOCOLATE LAYER: Cream 1 (3 ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese. Blend in 2 cups 10x sugar. Add chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Press into a well grease pan to a depth of 1/2 inch. Chill 15 minutes.

PEPPERMINT LAYER: Cream 1 (3 ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese. Blend in 2 1/2 cups 10x sugar, no vanilla and peppermint stick candy. Press on top of chocolate layer.
