MELT-AWAY FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. peppermint extract (optional)

In 2 quart glass mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook in microwave on roast (7) for 12 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream and peppermint extract beating until well blended. Pour into buttered baking dish. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
