CRUSHED PINEAPPLE `N APPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. diced unpeeled red apple
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in crushed pineapple, apple and pecans. Pour into 6 individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on salad greens (lettuce) and serve with mayonnaise. 6 servings.
