HAMBURGER-SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (30 oz.) cans water
1 (No. 303) can (16-17 oz.) sauerkraut & juice
1 c. uncooked regular rice
1 tsp. salt (opt.)

Brown beef; drain fat. Add other ingredients. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Refrigerate leftovers tightly covered.
