RUTH'S PIZZA 
3/4 to 1 lb. Italian or breakfast sausage
Pillsbury hot roll mix
1 1/4 c. hot water
Contadina Pizza sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
A little shredded Cheddar cheese

Put all dry ingredients of hot roll mix in a bowl. Add hot water. Mix well and cover with wax paper or paper towel. (Not Glad Wrap because it's airtight.) LET STAND ALL DAY.

Grease large pizza cookie sheet (Teflon or not). Pat hot roll mix over cookie sheet. Put on sauce and sausage, fried and drained. Put cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes.
