Soak raisins in warm water for 1 ... and mix well with carrots. Mix mayonnaise with salad. Portion with #8 scoop. Yield 100 (4 ounce) portions.

Combine mayonnaise, honey and vinegar thoroughly. Add cinnamon to mixture. Pour over carrots and raisins and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer.
