CARROT-RAISIN AND NUT SALAD | |
4 lg. carrots, grated 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans 3/4 tsp. salt Freshly ground pepper to taste 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sour cream Combine all ingredients in bowl except sour cream. Spread sour cream over top; serve. Yield: 4 servings. |
