SUPER CARROT - RAISIN SALAD 
7 to 8 lg. carrots
1 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine mayonnaise, honey and vinegar thoroughly. Add cinnamon to mixture. Pour over carrots and raisins and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer.
