CARROT SALAD 
6 lg. carrots
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped walnuts

Grate carrots finely. Drain crushed pineapple. Put in walnuts, raisins, sour cream, mayonnaise, brown sugar, cinnamon. Mix thoroughly and chill in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
