Chill and drain asparagus. Arrange in buttered casserole dish. Mix peas, soup (undiluted) and cheese ... casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook onions, celery and green peppers in butter until tender. Add peas, pimentos, chestnuts and soup, mix well. Put in casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
