GREEN PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 can LeSueur sm. peas, drained (15 oz.) 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can water chestnuts, drained 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. can pimento for color Mix all together and pour into greased casserole dish. Can be put in refrigerator at this point and kept overnight. Top with bread crumbs and dribble melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
