GREEN PEA CASSEROLE 
1 can sm. size green peas
1 sm. jar diced pimentos
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 can chopped water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar shredded cheese
Crushed crackers to top casserole

Drain peas; mix with remaining ingredients. Add cheese on top and finish with the crushed crackers. Bake only 15 minutes until just hot. Vegetables should be slightly crunchy, 350 degree oven.
