Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple, lemon juice, carrots, and nuts. Makes 6 salads.

Shred the carrots, add raisins, 2 tablespoons sugar and mayonnaise. Drain pineapple and add to other mixture. Mix well and chill.

Combine apple, carrots and raisins in bowl. Add mayonnaise and pineapple; mix well. Chill until serving time. Serve on lettuce lined plate.

Make jello according to directions ... set. Note: When I use pineapple, I use the juice of pineapple for part of the cold water you add to jello.

Stir all ingredients into a bowl. Instant beautiful dessert, and healthy too! Easy and all natural.
